How to deal with the police...

If you haven't seen this, it's from "The AntiTerrorist" who explains how you should act when confronted by police - and how you should not if you don't want to waive your rights.

  1. Very interesting and informative, seeing it is for the most part correct. Sorry,the sunglasses and baklava is a bit much,but I know how the UK is.

    It is right that,well at least here with the Fifth Amendment, don't have in incriminate yourself or talk to the police without a lawyer present.

    In short, give only basic information, like name and address. Then shut the hell up until a lawyer is obtained.

  2. He's probably either a police officer, or he is connected to police in some way, so I don't blame him for remaining anonymous.

    Whether he intended to or not, he looks like the 'Fonejacker'...
