Certainly not on 9/11 or 7/7.
I'd say Americans and Brits alike have the freedom of anonymity; they're just trying to catalog every breathing creature on earth for their eugenics programs.
I'm sure you've heard about the REAL ID cards here in America, which are quite similar to the ones described here, but some states are rebelling against the plan, vowing to never institute them.
Our opposition Conservative party says they'll scrap ID cards if they get elected, which they almost certainly will, in 2010.
However, they are an Establishment party, so I'm cynically waiting to see how they will continue the project while pretending to end it. That's the standard MO for these criminals.
