Eugenics didn't go away with the Nazis, it just continued under nicer names: "sustainability", "the right to choose", and now "end of life care".

Note from the above article: the use of individual cases where eugenicist actions seem OK is a standard propaganda tactic. Another example of this is the British media's persistent focus on the Debbie Purdy case, in order to encourage looser rules on legal responsibility for those 'assisting suicide'.
