Obamas to get swine flu vaccine

America's first family will get vaccinated against swine flu when they are advised to, President Barack Obama said in a television interview broadcast Sunday.
"We want to get vaccinated. We think it's the right thing to do. We will stand in line like everybody else and when folks say it's our turn, that's when we'll get it,'' Obama told CNN's "State of the Union.''
With the northern hemisphere entering its autumn flu season and infection rates again beginning to spike, many Americans are waiting for the first deliveries of (A)H1N1 vaccines, expected to come in the first weeks of October.
The emergency services personnel and others who are at risk or vulnerable, including pregnant women and children with underlying conditions, will be first to get the vaccine.
"After that, I think, you're looking at kids, so Malia and Sasha would fall into that category,'' Obama said referring to his two young daughters. "I suspect that I may come fairly far down the line.''
The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said last week that the flu season had begun earlier than normal and that the number of detected cases had risen.
"The Obama family plan is to call up my HHS (Health and Human Services) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, and my CDC director, and just ask them, what's your recommendation? And whatever they tell me to do, I will do,'' Obama said.
Worldwide, at least 3,205 people have died of the virus since it was uncovered in Mexico in April, according to the World Health Organization. The United States has confirmed more than 600 swine flu-related deaths.
The US government has purchased 195 million doses of swine flu vaccine and will make shots against the influenza A(H1N1) virus available free of charge starting next month.

And You Tell Me There's No Suppressed Technology?
It's another of those 'conspiracy theories' that good citizens don't notice. Imagine the standard of living if all the secret technology was released to the public...we'd be "free and independent" as JFK said! No more poverty anywhere! Can you imagine being sick enough to withhold such technology from society just to maintain your position of control? (Bearing in mind that we don't know just how much technological capability is being withheld, because, duh, it's secret.) What did Nikola Tesla really develop?
Individual Liberty? But that's "selfish"!
No, we need to look after each other voluntarily without having a government do all that at gunpoint. Sounds absurd at first but soon you realise that the reason it sounds so is because of the very unfree nature of our current existence. Envision greater possibilities! Ok, some kind of massive wake-up would be needed before this kind of free, responsible, uncontrollable society could emerge. And that's what we are seeing day by day in the world - a massive waking up of the previously enslaved masses (including myself I must add!)
I'm Already Against The Next War
Stop the propaganda before it's here. If some kind of terror attack happens in the West, Iran probably didn't do it. They have no history of imperialism and would be suicidal to attack the West. Think who benefits. No bombing of Iran.

I have no desire to get ijected with this fast rush to the market. It's amazing the FDA can get something like this on the market in months, yet the FDA holds up medicines to save lives for years increasing the costs of healthcare.

But remember, Jim Jones made his followers do drills to drink the koolaid many times so that when the time finally came they would obediently follow the ritual.
This is only the first of many mass vaccination campaigns if they get their way with this one.
This is great propaganda. It would be scary if it is true, like if his kids really are to be injected with the same death serum as the “useless eaters”.
Reminds me of a Torchwood episode where aliens demanded the handover of 10% of the Earth’s children, to be used as their drugs. Government debated which kids to hand over, Prime Minister guaranteed no one at the table would hand over their own, but then after wards privately ordered his closest assistant to do just that for PR appearances.
Unlike the TV show where the PM’s assistant had the honour to shoot his kids and himself, I imagine Mr Obama saying: “You want to sacrifice my children? Oh, excellent Mr Rockefeller Sir, what ever you say Sir, that will be very good press Sir, thank you Sir”.
