Could the new world currency be...gold?

Remember, when Bretton Woods was first introduced, the USD was returned to a gold standard for a few decades as a compromise

United Nations issues gold coins

Well it's better than the fiat SDRs I guess.

The idea of a global currency is of course nothing new or unexpected, but I remember a few months ago the Russians floated the idea of having a global gold currency. Now, understand that from the elites' point of view, having a commodity currency of any kind is undesirable since it's a lot harder to debase in order to steal ordinary peoples' wealth. So, just like when Bretton Woods was introduced, any shift to a gold standard would be temporary, just to get people to support a global currency. Though from TPTB's point of view, it may be seen as a necessary compromise on the path to globalised poverty.

I for one would welcome any shift to gold, but be wary, the Ponzi masters who run global finance will probably find some way of making it look as if a currency is backed by gold when it in fact is not. I guess the only way to know you really have gold or any commodity, is to physically be holding it. Even then, you may want to double check, the tricksters might still have managed to pull the wool over your eyes.

In the meantime, let's discuss the benefits of fiat finance shall we? I've got my printing press all fired up, ready to 'make some money'...and oh wait, that would be 'illegal'. Why? Because I'm 'counterfeiting'. BoE and Fed, aren't you counterfeiting too? Oh no, you're 'stabilising currency value', 'quantitative easing', and 'stimulating the economy'. Of course you are. Ahem. If printing copies of money stimulates the economy, why can't I do it too?

After all, I only want to help...

  1. Some good points mixed in with lunacy and poor argument skills.

next time: be calm, make less accusations, and only accusations that you can prove, do not let your posts smell of paranoid conspiracy theory, and keep your worldview, I like your perspective.

Basically, good point, but shitty way to convey your point.

  2. Just 'cos you're paranoid...

    ...you know the rest.

Accusations I can prove? That global finance is controlled by a few hands, and those few hands belong to people that are criminally insane and power hungry?

Where's that video of Dick Cheney grovelling like a pussy to Davy Rockefeller. Here it is:

    Who's really in charge. "It's a conspiracy!!!111"

Did you get the swine flu vaccine perchance?

  3. No, I did not get vaccinated. I don't believe in vaccinations for the most part.

  4. But doesn't that make you a paranoid anti-science/pro-disease conspiracy theorist who wants small children to get sick???

    (a little sarcasm sir)

    ;)

  5. No, because I didn't express myself that way.

I love sarcasm, I find it to be the keenest of sentiments.

However, you do tend to express yourself in a fairly volatile and less than agreeable fashion.

A soft word turns aside wrath.

  6. Ah right. Well in that case thanks for the advice.

Inflammatory is sometimes my way...and I don't see that changing anytime soon. But don't mind me, it's only words, my intentions are as harmless as possible.

This is my verbal alternative to breaking stuff, in the light of all that is happening in the Matrix in which we live.
