Is this how the world is really run?

I saw this on some comment and thought, despite its simplicity, it was actually very insightful!

The Banker Gameplan:

1. Cause money (an asset) to become a debt
2. rack up such a debt so high that it can never be repaid
3. take the homes and property as payment
4. Try to take the only defense – guns
5. If not successful – start a distraction like a war
6. If still not successful – plan for contingency plan like mass extermination
7. Do not just go out and kill people – that will cause a revolution
8. Control the population through long term programs, make it look natural – virus, cancer, aids, etc
9. If all else fails and the game is in jeopardy, pull the plug, start a world war, change your clothes to look like a normal joe, pretend to have always been against the game, blend in and wait for the next opportunity

Well, quite correct, hmm? (We're getting precariously close to no.9 in case you're wondering...)
