PS Just a quick word on people who criticise the students as asking for government handouts. To an extent I do agree with you. But remember that everyone pays massive taxes for exactly this kind of thing, to subsidise education. If the rise in uni fees went along with a massive tax cut for everyone else, I may be more likely to agree with the critics of the students. But this Austerity scam is about on the one hand, paying even more to the gov, and on the other, receiving even less from the gov, as the banking cartel have stolen everything through fraud and inflation. If people are paying forty or fifty percent tax, they may as well be getting something back for that, although in the bailout age the tax money may as well just go straight to the banks and multinationals, and QE2's groom of the stole of course. haha
