I take it back

I was wrong to say that no-one under 60 attends church in the UK. Saw something on BBC last night about the (IMO) wonderful people of the Outer Hebrides, on an island where half the population goes to church. So fair enough. Also many of the blacks do still go to church. I know this as a relative of mine runs a parish darn sarf, with an overwhelmingly black congregation. Credit where it's due. Apart from that, frankfurterschule all the way. This post is not meant to be for or against church going; just an observation. I tend to agree with people who are 'anti theocracy' - although you have to look at the new churches, i.e. clubs etc, and just ask which is really more damaging and destructive, as a cultural template for society.

Wonder what the crime rates are? lol

Edit - oh the wonders of the internet never cease. You don't have to rely on my fuzzy anecdotes. Not really a riveting documentary, but it was on, and so here I am writing. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00y4xhv/An_Island_Parish_Series_5_A_Legacy_of_the_Past/
