Typical. See, that is the language of freedom, when applied to the people. That "everything that is not prohibited, is allowed". But it should be the opposite for the government - everything not allowed is prohibited. Today however the inverse is true - government claims it has 'rights' and people have 'privileges'. Of course no individual ever claimed the right to go into someone else's house and settle domestic disputes by killing the least favourite belligerent...
