Homeless Californians get to go to a camp

Look! We're giving the homeless clean water, food and other 'services'! What's not to like?

I am in little doubt that the police (presumably) who will be forcibly moving the homeless to this fairground site, have good intentions and think they're helping - and maybe this time they are.

What's not to like is that it does indeed set a worrying precedent. Camp FEMA awaits.
