For centuries the British Israel Aristocracy, responsible for the misery of feudalism (and I'm sure the usourious basterds were at work back then too), oppressed English people, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, and before long a quarter of the world.

Between 1500-1900, many people of British ancestry had had enough and decided to carve out a better life for themselves elsewhere, most prominently in America. The journeys were dangerous, and indeed not all were free upon arrival - some were brought there as slaves.

But relatively free from the Aristocracy they were, even before 1776.
