Britons never shall be slaves*
* right not to be a slave may not be compatible with section 44 of the Terrorism Act.
Seriously, EVERYONE who supported the 'counter-terrorist' powers given to the state, hang your heads in shame. See what you've allowed to happen? Now we have a police force who enjoy picking out citizens to search, because it's fun and it makes them feel all powerful. I'm sick of hearing about how we need torture or extraordinary rendition (more Newspeak) and how it "keeps us safe". BULL! We have NEVER been less safe, and we need to recognise that without liberty, there will be no security. And that means liberty, due process, no detainment without charge, no torture, for EVERYONE. Get it?
You see, you won't give up your rights straight away. No, the elite are smarter than to try that. It starts with detaining supposed "Al-Qaeda" brown people.
Then it's protestors.
Then the definition of terrorist is expanded to mean anyone against the state, even when the state has been hijacked by one of the thickest concentrations of power the world has ever seen.
Likewise, with free speech, it starts with the Holocaust Deniers.
Then it's other racists.
Then it's people who don't believe in manmade global warming.
Then it's anyone, again, who is against the state.
If you take even ONE person's liberty away, you effectively take it from everyone. Maybe not right now, but over time, because you have allowed yourself to be a victim of incrementalism. None are free, until all are free.

Actually, I've changed my mind about Skelton's Bilderberg dispaches. They are written in such a way that someone unfamiliar with Bilderberg wouldn't take them seriously, but I'm guessing he wouldn't get his articles published any other way.

Boy Scouts now part of Obama Youth
"Be prepared" indeed. Be prepared, Veterans! Gun owners! Terrorists! (Read the police documents, you'll find you almost certainly are one.)

Once upon a time the Boy Scouts were about camping, backpacking, and canoeing. Boy Scouts were into high adventure and sporting activities. Scouts were about preventing forest fires and “Do a Good Turn Daily.” Scouts worked with the Salvation Army and the Red Cross. They cherished ideals such as the Cub Scout Promise and the Law of the Pack.
Now the Boy Scouts have a new mission — fighting terrorism, rounding up illegal aliens, search and destroying marijuana fields, and embracing the SWAT mentality.
“The Explorers program, a coeducational affiliate of the Boy Scouts of America that began 60 years ago, is training thousands of young people in skills used to confront terrorism, illegal immigration and escalating border violence — an intense ratcheting up of one of the group’s longtime missions to prepare youths for more traditional jobs as police officers and firefighters,” reports the New York Times.
Homeland Security and the FBI are behind the effort to indoctrinate and train the Boy Scouts to become tomorrow’s Gestapo. “Our end goal is to create more agents,” April McKee, a senior Border Patrol agent, told the New York Times. “Before it was more about the basics,” said Johnny Longoria, a Border Patrol agent. “But now our emphasis is on terrorism, illegal entry, drugs and human smuggling.”
That's right, when all else fails, send in the children. That will get those terrorists.

Guardian Bilderberg reporter arrested
This year's Bilderberg meeting (near Athens, Greece) is underway, already the press coverage of the event is surpassing any previous year.
A Guardian reporter, whose Bilderberg diaries can only be described as a hit-job (see what I mean here and here), got a rude awakening when he had a run-in with Greek police who wanted his camera. Then he wrote something at least a little more genuine.
He was interviewed by Alex Jones today, now that he's back in a cell. He was told to call his wife, so that she doesn't get hit by establishment PSYOP phone calls from, among other things, women claiming to be married to him. Jones not helping his stress levels, then!

Very relevant in the fight against despotic socialism. If you just obey and walk in line, you will be treated nicely enough - like how a master tosses scraps of food to his dogs. It is the wild dog however, which sacrifices its security to embark on a life of liberty, that is truly free.
Oh, and eventually, the master decides that the tame dog is a drain on his resources, so he takes the dog and a pistol for a little walk...analogy complete.

Message from the Local Resistance?
No time to write much today, but one thing that surprised me was the paper that landed on my doormat.
Looked like just another free paper full of advertising...but then I turned it over and it was the new edition of the UK Column!
Whoever handed this out, I thank you and commend you for your efforts to wake up the locals. I bet some people are scratching their heads right now over the headline announcing "Gordon Brown's New World Order"!
If you weren't lucky enough to receive a paper copy, you can read the new edition here (PDF). It's good information, I fully endorse its message.

I'm Already Against The Next War
Stop the propaganda before it's here. If some kind of terror attack happens in the West, Iran probably didn't do it. They have no history of imperialism and would be suicidal to attack the West. Think who benefits. No bombing of Iran.
