US Judge Rules GM Sugar Beet Be Destroyed

The proliferation of GM life forms, unlike so-called 'climate change', is a genuine environmental crisis. All GMOs outside of the lab should be destroyed. Oh sure you may say that sounds a little authoritarian, but in reality GM poses a real and present threat to all human life. Not to mention the quasi-slavery being forced on farmers with Monsanto's 'terminator' seeds that farmers have to buy from them every year. Wonder what would happen if by some unfortunate accident, once everyone was dependent on GM foods, Monsanto sadly went out of business and nobody could make the special seeds any more? Oh what a tragedy, whatever would we do for food then...

Monsanto GMO sugarbeets to be destroyed: court

(Reuters) - A federal judge on Tuesday ordered the destruction of plantings of genetically modified sugar beets developed by Monsanto Co after ruling previously the U.S. Agriculture Department illegally approved the biotech crop.

U.S. District Court Judge Jeffrey White in August banned the planting and sales of Monsanto's "Roundup Ready" biotech sugar beets after determining that their approval in 2005 by the USDA was illegal. He said the government must conduct a thorough environmental review before approving the crop to comply with the law.

But shortly after the ruling, the USDA issued permits allowing companies to plant seedlings to produce seed for future GMO sugar beet crops.

In his ruling Tuesday Judge White said those seedlings "shall be removed from the ground."

Earthjustice, a consumer group that brought the case against the USDA and had asked the judge to order the young plants be destroyed, said the action was the first court-ordered destruction of a GMO crop.

"We had to run into court and ask the judge to stop them," said Earthjustice attorney Paul Achitoff. "He said you've got to tear up the plants, which was what we asked him to do. It's an extreme sort of a thing ... but the circumstances were such that there really wasn't any alternative. They basically had dared the court to stop them."

Sugar beets account for more than half of the nation's sugar supply, and Monsanto's Roundup Ready beets have been popular with farmers as they have been genetically altered to withstand sprayings of the chemical herbicide Roundup, making weed management easier for producers.

But environmentalists say widespread use of the crop leads to increased use of herbicides, proliferation of herbicide resistant weeds, and contamination of conventional and organic crops.

Monsanto, which owns intellectual property rights to the sugar beet technology, sought to intervene in the case, and was granted limited standing. But the company had no immediate comment on Tuesday.

It shouldn't be a crime to rip up these mutant crops; all GM organisms are a real environmental threat to human life and should be destroyed and the releasing of GM life forms into the environment should be outlawed. Munich/ Parma. 19. November 2010. There is close collaboration between experts on the GMO Panel of the European Food Safety Authority, EFSA, and the biotech industry. The chair of the GMO expert panel which is dealing with risk assessment of genetically engineered plants, Harry Kuiper, and a second expert from the same panel, Gijs Kleter, have for years been working with the International Life Science Institute (ILSI). They cooperate with representatives of companies such as Monsanto, Dupont, Dow AgroSciences, Syngenta and Bayer, within projects that aim to soften criteria for risk assessment for genetically engineered plants.

Several complaints about collaboration between EFSA and corporations have been made public in the last few months. At the end of September it was made public that Diána Bánáti, a member of the management board at EFSA, was also active in ILSI. After public discussion, Banati resigned from her tasks at ILSI. In another case, the head of the secretary of the GMO panel, Suzy Renckens, moved directly to the Syngenta company after leaving EFSA, without the authority imposing any restrictions. New accusations were made about the conflict of interest in the assessment of toxic chemicals, a matter in which ILSI also plays a decisive role.

In the opinion of Testbiotech the cases of Kuiper and Kleter imply a severe conflict of interests. “Harry Kuiper was the head of the GMO expert panel right from the start. He was instrumental in developing the guidance documents which form the basis for the risk assessment. Just before he started at EFSA in 2003, he was working with ILSI and the biotech industry in a project to define criteria for risk assessment. He has continued to work with ILSI until today. EFSA’s credibility is very much at stake, because this blatant cooperation has been tolerated for so many years,” says Christoph Then at Testbiotech. “It looks like as if the biotech industry has succeeded in turning EFSA into their playing field with the help of ILSI.”...

Well isn't that funny, because my camera says your geo-engineering is still up and running. Also it's a bit mean to start your project in the mid 90s, supposedly, then only come out about it in 2009.

Pictures above taken today by yours truly. Time info: the first two were taken at pretty much the same time, the third is about 5-10 mins after the second, and the fourth is probably 20 mins after the third, showing the increase in thin cloud cover over time. All between around 12.30-1.30 PM today. As I type now it's 3PM, most of the sky has that distinctive thin layer of 'cloud' (trail) cover, with some real clouds too. The pictures look dark because the camera adjusted to the sun's glare being present.

A Nice Story From Russia

OK so this is just a PR offensive by Greenpeace/350 (a Rockefeller group) to try and get Russian kids to learn to "love trees..." (they work in the "..., hate people" half later once they've gained their trust). But still.

If you are in the military, or you know someone who is, or better yet is going to be, if nothing else at least get 'em to look into DU before they breathe in tank shell dust and die at 30. I respect people who join and serve in the military, if they do so or did so for the right reasons, but certainly in its present incarnation I would not wish that circumstance on anyone.

It's a bit of a catch 22 from the point of view of the manipulators. They do need soldiers, preferably "dumb stupid animals to use as pawns in foreign policy" (H Kissinger). But at the same time, as soon as the soldiers are done serving, they want them out of the picture ASAP, they don't want Vietnam vets sitting at home cleaning their rifles and making lists of traitors for when the time comes. They want homeless, disabled, addicted, preferably dead vets.

It's a simple thing to realise, but what a profound realisation it is indeed, as all the crap kit (at least for British troops), crap medical care, it all makes sense that way, doesn't it?

DU isn't just aimed at our (Western) troops though. Spare a thought for the people in Kosovo and Serbia and Palestine and Israel and Iraq and Afghan who are going to give birth to a baby with its face inside out.

I almost feel like the Carbon Commies backed down a little too easily after Copenhagen/Climategate. This Lord Monckton shows up, oh I don't doubt his sincerity but remember all the world's a stage, and within literally a few months, the whole game has changed and the CO2phobes are running away with their tales between their legs and wads of cash stuffed inside their Fair Trade sandals.

Warum?

That's not like the usually audacious NWO to run like that. Now the old media is having to admit, well, we were shitting you all this time about boiling oceans, drowning polar bears et al. Not so blatantly but you get what I'm saying, they're backing off.

Is/was the green movement becoming a threat?

That's the beauty of these movements. Like the Tea Party. You try and control them, place your people at the helm, weed out the "extremist lunatic conspiracy theorists" (ie real deal anti NWO people), but they defragment and reform somewhere else; it must be like playing occultist whac-a-mole.

The genuine environmental movement should be, and frankly for the most part among ordinary people is, pro independence and self sovereignty, and utterly non Commie. Maybe, just maybe, they have been Tango'd.

For some reason I have thought of that scene as this oil so-called 'spill' unfolds. Don't get me wrong, I'm not some sick envirogenocidalist who thinks we deserve it, but it is deliciously ironic.

I have for a while, cautiously, entertained abiotic oil theory and have been suspicious of the whole 'fossil fuel' 'oil is running out' meme. (I mean, it's a filthy fuel in many ways, there are better energy sources, but the Carbon Commies don't want any energy or industry at all, they only want the death of the West in order to facilitate their global Commie Luciferian utopia, but I digress.)

Anyway, instead of a shortage, we are faced with more oil than we know what to do with. Oil rain will kill crops, right? And once it's in the ocean conveyor belts it will spread worldwide, right?

BP Aware Of Cracks In Oil Well Two Months Before Explosion

BP was aware of cracks appearing in the Macondo well as far back as February, right around the time Goldman Sachs and BP Chairman Tony Hayward were busy dumping their stocks in the company on the eve of the explosion that led to the oil spill, according to information uncovered by congressional investigators.

The Mining and Mineral Services agency released documents to Bloomberg indicating that BP “was trying to seal cracks in the well about 40 miles (64 kilometers) off the Louisiana coast,” according to the report.

The fissures, which BP began to attempt to fix on February 13, could have played a role in the disaster, though this is a question still being explored by investigators. Improperly sealed, the cracks cause explosive natural gas to rush up the shaft.

“The company attempted a “cement squeeze,” which involves pumping cement to seal the fissures, according to a well activity report. Over the following week the company made repeated attempts to plug cracks that were draining expensive drilling fluid, known as “mud,” into the surrounding rocks,” states the report.

Genetically modified crops were last night given enthusiastic backing by the Environment Secretary.

Caroline Spelman shocked colleagues by suggesting that the coalition government will take a more pro-GM stance than its Labour predecessor.

The Tories have traditionally taken a sceptical approach to so- called 'Frankenstein foods', and at present no GM varieties are cultivated commercially in the UK.

Labour ministers shied away from promoting GM foods in recent years over concerns about a public backlash.

But Mrs Spelman insisted last night they could bring 'benefits to food in the marketplace'.

Her intervention drew fierce criticism from anti-GM campaigners, who accused her of getting her facts wrong and highlighted her background as a lobbyist for biotechnology.

Mrs Spelman set up a food and biotechnology lobbying company Spelman, Cormack and Associates with her husband, Mark Spelman, in 1989. Although she resigned as a company director last year, the firm remains in the hands of her husband.

Review of the BP Oil Slick

Remain calm, but not docile
I'm trying to get the big picture here. But first be aware, in case you haven't noticed, that this is not your usual oil spill - boo hoo some birdies get sticky feathers - which then kindly disappears from your attention space and into the guilt ridden shadow of the collective unconscious.

THIS is an oil volcano the likes of which has never been seen in our history. It's not a spill because, well, it has not been spilled, it is erupting from the belly of the Earth. In unprecedented quantities, and with such force that attempts to shut it down have been epic failures.

Frankly, I haven't written anything here about it yet, simply because you and I both know that there is f*** all we can do about it except stand and watch as the satanists in charge deliberate a) how to stop the leak, and forgive my extreme cynicism but b) whether they even actually want to stop the leak. I mean, this could be a mass extinction event here, our demonically possessed ruling class might not be able to resist it!

UN Agenda 21 and population control, the peak oil/oil price fraud, the post-industrial era, 'rewilding'...no?

Now, the fact is - this Oil Volcano can affect and KILL ALL THE OCEANS OF THE WORLD! On the 3rd of May it was reported by a news agency to be within 24 hours of getting into the Conveyor Belt of the Oceans. Since then there has been SILENCE Regarding that fact. So we all have to assume it has gotten into the Conveyor Belt.

And she says TPTB seem to be heavily chemtrailing the area to camouflage the extent of the spill.


So, the answer is, we're probably going to bite the bullet and see how much oil really is down there. According to Wayne Madsen's article some Army Engineers think it could take TWO YEARS to seal the hole in the sea floor.

As of now nothing can stop the black gold apocalypse...
