Muse - MK Ultra

I should have included this in my previous post about Muse's new album, but here it is anyway.

Note: MK Ultra was the name of a partly-declassified CIA mind control project during the 1950s-60s. Subjects were drugged (mostly with LSD) often without their knowledge or consent, in an attempt to test potential mind control substances. Some were given LSD daily for over two months. In related experiments conducted in Canada, electro-shock 'therapy' was used in an attempt to cause amnesia. The extent of, and damage caused by this experimentation, as well as whether such inhumane testing continues, remains unknown.
