Today's news is that Osama is dead. Well it's sort of 10 year old news, but there you go. Supposedly one of the very mind controlled special forces shot him in the head, although given the notorious nature of the invading forces' willingness to kill someone then play dress up afterwards, who knows it may have been a woman who they drew a beard on with marker pen. Photo looks 'shopped but what do I know. Then again corpses just like your TV dinner keep very well in the freezer...lol...

PS does this mean the war on terror is over now and 'we' can come home and dismantle the police state and not have RFID passports and iris scans and creepy wiretaps anymore? (Comptroller says no)

So You Want To Do Something About The National Debt?

The national debt is a headline concern at the forthcoming UK general election. But not just here, all across the world there are nations struggling with government debts. So this might be a good time to ponder where this debt comes from and what can be done about it?

Ask anyone why we have a national debt in the first place. Simples:
"When government spends more than they take in, of course."

Everyone wants to pay off the national debt. This is the commonly given solution:
"We need to raise taxes and/or lower spending."

Ah, but government and the banks (who are one and the same to me) want you to think that way, don't they. It's no threat to their little game when you think like that. To really understand where the national debt comes from, is to know how to end it. And to understand that, we have to look at one example when a nation did actually pay off their debt:

The country is the United States.
The President is Andrew Jackson.
His campaign slogan was "Jackson and no bank!", referring to his plan to abolish the Second Bank of the US (central bank).
He did so, and the national debt was actually paid off!

How could this be? I'm not going to write an essay on this here. A comic book seems more fun :)

The Money Myth Exploded

So now ^ you know why we have a national debt and how to get rid of it. We do not have to 'pay it off', it is a fiction designed to enslave everyone with ever spiralling taxes. It is only worth as much as the paper/digital money we use, which is issued as a debt by 'independent' banking cartels called central banks.

Tell me, with a few exceptions (like mass exporter China) that prove the rule, why is almost every country (3rd world and 1st world) wallowing in debt? Who are they in debt to? The financial cartel that leeches off their nation, that's who. The debt based currency itself is the origin of the national debt. The scam is centuries old but has grown ever more perfect in the last 90 years. An honest monetary system would not allow this kind of stuff to happen.

I don't think most people, even in America where it is popular-ish, grasp the magnitude of the problems that eminate from the pernicious entity that is the central bank. They think 'oh, they want to audit the Fed because they should have regulated the banks more' or something. Bollocks! They are the banks, seizing your nation by proxy!

What Would Happen if They Declared an Election and No-One Turned Up?

Wikipedia: Voter Turnout
"In any large election the chance of any one vote determining the outcome is low; a single vote in a voting scheme such as the Electoral College in the United States has an even lower chance of determining the outcome. This causes a difficulty for rational choice theory, in that it seems that a rational individual should not vote. Studies using game theory, which takes into account the ability of voters to interact, have also found that the expected turnout for any large election should be zero."

Just watching the propaganda barfbox today, discussing why some 'apathetic' people do not vote. Clearly the only reason why is that they are too lazy to 'engage with politics', whatever that means.

Best analysis of this I've read is here:
It's Time To Get Passionate About Not Voting

The real reason the state and their media cronies are so desperate to keep you voting is certainly not because they have your best interests at heart. They are terrified of looking half as illegitimate as they are. They require high voter turnouts to create the illusion that they are an authority and that they enjoy popular support. The puppet show between the 'different' parties is all about this.

So they must at all costs demonise non-voters...have to keep people thinking the way to change the world is by voting, now, don't we? Goodness, if they realise how arbitrary and silly the government's 'power' over the rest of us is, they might realise that they cannot be controlled without their consent! And they may start to work towards solutions without us...

THAT is the greatest fear of the political class and their controllers. They have hypnotised us, and as long as we sit and stare at them expecting some kind of 'change' to happen, nothing will happen except our continued slavery.

"We are the ones we have been waiting for"

Agorism, there's a real solution for you. Easier said than done of course.

Imagine what would happen if they declared an election and no-one turned up...

David Icke on Journeys With Rebecca: The Moon Matrix

Discussing his new book and the state of the global awakening.

Word to the wise, the interview doesn't start until 5:30 mins in.
Link to Part 1

If you find yourself a little sceptical (to say the least) of his view on the Moon, as I do, then look into what conventional science can't explain about the origins of the Moon.

- Its age (older than Earth's oldest known rocks)
- Its size (waaaay too big for Earth. Compare to the size of Martian satellites)
- Its apparently inside-out structure (metals on the surface?)
- Its apparent ringing like a bell when struck by space probes. (reverberates for unusually long periods)

Yet, we do seem to need the Moon, on the other hand. It seems that without the Moon the tides would not exist. And the Moon is connected to female menstrual cycles, as well as many different animals' behaviour. But, why do we only ever see one side of the Moon? What is on the other side? What are the odds that the Moon is just precisely the right size to be the same proportion in the sky as the Sun?

As usual, think for yourself and question everything including this post no matter what the cost. I know it's insane. This world is insane. It would be more insane, in my opinion, to want to be called sane by this world as it is.

The Holy Roman British Empire Never Ended

Don't you know...

“Queen Elizabeth II the largest landowner on Earth.”
Who Owns The World

Queen Elizabeth II, head of state of the United Kingdom and of 31 other states and territories, is the legal owner of about 6,600 million acres of land, one sixth of the earth’s non ocean surface.

She is the only person on earth who owns whole countries, and who owns countries that are not her own domestic territory. This land ownership is separate from her role as head of state and is different from other monarchies where no such claim is made – Norway, Belgium, Denmark etc.

The value of her land holding. £17,600,000,000,000 (approx).

This makes her the richest individual on earth. However, there is no way easily to value her real estate. There is no current market in the land of entire countries. At a rough estimate of $5,000 an acre, and based on the sale of Alaska to the USA by the Tsar, and of Louisiana to the USA by France, the Queen’s land holding is worth a notional $33,000,000,000,000 (Thirty three trillion dollars or about £17,600,000,000,000). Her holding is based on the laws of the countries she owns and her land title is valid in all the countries she owns. Her main holdings are Canada, the 2nd largest country on earth, with 2,467 million acres, Australia, the 7th largest country on earth with 1,900 million acres, the Papua New Guinea with 114 million acres, New Zealand with 66 million acres and the UK with 60 million acres.

So let's see, Elizardbeth owns 6,600 million acres which is about a 6th of the earth's land surface.

Over 700 Killed in 44 Drone Strikes in 2009
Dawn.com

PESHAWAR: Of the 44 predator strikes carried out by US drones in the tribal areas of Pakistan over the past 12 months, only five were able to hit their actual targets, killing five key Al-Qaeda and Taliban leaders, but at the cost of over 700 innocent civilians.

According to the statistics compiled by Pakistani authorities, the Afghanistan-based US drones killed 708 people in 44 predator attacks targeting the tribal areas between January 1 and December 31, 2009.

For each Al Qaeda and Taliban terrorist killed by US drones, 140 innocent Pakistanis also had to die. Over 90 per cent of those killed in the deadly missile strikes were civilians, claim authorities.

The success percentage for the drone hits during 2009 was hardly 11 per cent. On average, 58 civilians were killed in these attacks every month, 12 persons every week and almost two people every day. Most of the attacks were carried out on the basis of human intelligence, reportedly provided by the Pakistani and Afghan tribesmen, who are spying for the US-led allied forces in Afghanistan.

Bob Shepherd Sees The Real Israel

The following is excerpted from Shepherd's book The Circuit: An Ex-SAS Soldier, A Secretive Industry, The War On Terror - A True Story.

(Chapter 2)

I never gave much thought to politics when I was in the Regiment. I was a soldier, not a politician. As far as I was concerned there were two kinds of people in the world: goodies and baddies.

When I joined The Circuit politics still weren't at the forefront of my mind. I read the newspapers regularly (Daily Telegraph and The Times) and watched news on television to keep myself informed. When the Israelis launched Operation Defensive Shield, I thought I had a pretty good grasp of the Arab-Israeli conflict: the Israelis were the good guys and the Palestinians were a bunch of terrorists led by the filthiest terrorist of them all, Yasir Arafat.

...

Obviously, I held the Israelis in very high esteem. My feelings about the Palestinians were equally strong, albeit not in a positive way. The Western media had always referred to Arafat as a 'terrorist' and his multi-party confederation, the Palestine Liberation Organization, as a 'terrorist' organization. The label only meant one thing to me. The old adage of 'one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter' was a load of liberal crap as far as I was concerned. Having fought the IRA, I'd seen first hand just how ruthless they could be. IRA, PLO, it didn't matter; they were all gutless bastards who killed and maimed innocent civilians to acheive their aims.

...
(Note: just to provide some context here without reproducing the whole chapter, the year is 2002, the author is working as an advisor to CNN journalists, and is on his way to meet with a colleague in Ramallah in the West Bank.)
...

I only had about half a mile to travel, but most of it was over open ground. I took a couple of minutes to survey the landscape with my binos; about six hundred yards to my left I spotted a group of IDF soldiers on a patch of high ground. Glints of light were bouncing off their position, indicating they were looking through optics of their own. I couldn't see their weapons so I wasn't sure whether they had the firepower to target me effectively given the distance.

I had just tucked my binos into my daysack when I heard childrens' voices approaching from behind. I looked back and saw a group of ten of them, boys and girls aged about eight to twelve, come into view. They were all carrying book satchels and appeared to be headed in the same direction as me - Ramallah. I greeted the children in Arabic. One of the older girls responded in English. I asked her where they were going. She pointed towards Ramallah and explained the only way they could get to school during the Israeli lockdown was through the quarry. I warned the kids about the soldiers I'd spotted on the hillside and told them to be careful. The girl said the Israeli soldiers were always there and had shot them on several occasions. Before the kids headed off, the girl showed me the route they intended to follow. Though I was going in the same direction as the children, I didn't want to walk with them. If the Israelis were onto me, my presence alone could draw fire and endanger the kids unnecessarily.

The kids hadn't gone more than a hundred yards from me when the IDF soldiers on the hillside opened up. I could tell by the sound of the gunfire that the kids were out of range of the bullets. High velocity bullets like rounds from the M16 travel faster than the speed of sound. If you're in range when fired upon, you first hear the sharp crack of the round travelling past you followed by the thump of the bullet leaving the barrel. In the military it's referred to as 'crack and thump'.

I estimated the bullets were dropping fifty or sixty yards short of the children. The kids, meanwhile, simply glanced over at the high ground where the soldiers were positioned and carried on on their way to school. To them, it was just another day. They were seasoned veterans, and I was new to the game. I watched the kids for another five hundred yards until they disappeared into a small hollow. When the soldiers stopped shooting, I went on my way. Sure enough, as soon as I was in the open, the soldiers started firing their weapons again. The rounds were falling well short of my position and I couldn't be sure whether they were targeting me or the kids further up the path. My life wasn't in immediate danger but I was concerned that the gunfire could alert other IDF patrols in the area; patrols that might be in firing range.

...
(Author meets his contact in Ramallah.)
...

He handed me a list of written notes and the keys to CNN's armoured Land Rover. 'It's got three bullet srtikes in it', he said. 'Every time we go somewhere, the Israelis shoot at us.'
'I'll see if I can match that', I said.
'Seriously, mate', he said. 'Keep your body armour and helmet well advertised with the letters TV. The Israelis shoot at anything.'
He didn't have to remind me. I'd already been fired on twice in twenty-four hours just trying to get into Ramallah.

(Chapter 3)

Some people never change. Others do, it just takes one hell of a catalyst. In my case, it was seeing Israeli soldiers take pot shots at those kids on their way to school. Within forty-eight hours of arriving in Tel-Aviv my long-held beliefs about the Arab-Israeli conflict had been dealt a serious reality check. It never occurred to me that the Israeli military would be anything less than 100 per cent professional. At forty-seven, I was starting to realise that my political views weren't my own; I had allowed others to dictate them to me. When in the military I was fed a certain bias in order to fulfil a certain operation and I never questioned it. I guess the habit stuck when I retired to civilian life.

My assignment in Ramallah placed me in the role of observer rather than participant in a conflict. For the first time in my life, I was on a fence looking down on both sides. Suddenly the media reports I'd trusted to inform me about serious issues including the Arab-Israeli conflict didn't seem so reliable. My intention from then on was to stay on top of that fence and seek the truth for myself. It was the start of a long-overdue political education.

Icelandic Ash Cloud: No-Problem, Reaction, Solution

NO-PROBLEM:

The ash cloud that never was: How volcanic plume over UK was only a twentieth of safe-flying limit and blunders led to ban

By David Rose, Matt Sandy and Simon Mcgee for the Daily Mail

The Mail on Sunday can today reveal the full extent of the shambles behind the great airspace shutdown that cost the airlines £1.3 billion and left 150,000 Britons stranded - all for a supposed volcanic ash cloud that for most of the five-day flights ban was so thin it was invisible.
As the satellite images of the so-called 'aerosol index' published for the first time, right, demonstrate, the sky above Britain was totally clear of ash from Iceland's Eyjafjallajoekull volcano.
Open skies: A sequence of images taken from space showing the 'aerosol index', the concentration of particles of ash or other pollution in the atmosphere. On April 15, the Icelandic volcano plume is clearly visible as a streak of orange, or 4.0 on the scale. Scientists say that anything more than a 2.0 - shown here as yellow - could indicate ash. The maps make it clear that for most of the shutdown, ash was visible over only small parts of Britain, and on some days, there was none at all

Inquiries by this newspaper have disclosed that:

- Attempts to measure the ash's density were hampered because the main aircraft used by the Meteorological Office for this purpose had been grounded as it was due to be repainted.

- Computers at the Met Office, which earlier forecast a 'barbecue summer' last year and a mild winter for this year, produced a stream of maps predicting the ash would cover a vast area, eventually stretching from Russia to Newfoundland. But across almost all of it, there was virtually no ash at all, and none visible to satellites.

- Though there was some ash over Britain at times during the ban, the maximum density measured by scientists was only about one twentieth of the limit that scientists, the Government, and aircraft and engine manufacturers have now decided is safe.

'We never understood why a blanket ban had been imposed - something that would not have happened in other parts of the world,' a senior airline executive said yesterday.

SOLUTION:

EU wants united airspace after ash cloud

(Reuters) - European authorities have seized on this week's airline crisis to fast-track their control of airspace, but they appear to have less interest in helping airlines pay the bills left by the volcanic ash cloud.

European transport commissioner Siim Kallas will next week present recommendations learned from a week of aviation chaos, which the airline industry says cost it about $1.7 billion in lost revenue, though it also saved some $660 million in costs such as fuel.

Unifying Europe's airspace is likely to top the list of proposals ahead of a meeting of EU transport ministers on May 4.

"We need a fast coordinated European response to such crises," said Kallas. "Instead we have a fragmented patchwork of 27 national airspaces. Without a central regulator, Europe was operating with one hand behind its back."

Kallas' predecessors have been trying to unite Europe's airspace for the last decade under the "Single Sky Package," which would streamline the 27 national airspaces to just nine by June 2012.

"I don't think we can afford to wait that long," said Kallas. "I want to start work to fast-track the Single Skies project."

Previous efforts have been hampered by member nations' reluctance to cede control.

Microcosm of the Health/Safety Macrocosm

A brightly painted van with flashing lights, two men hurrying around in fluorescent jackets...all to change a bus timetable. Remember, it's important to stay healthy and safe, and that's why the government makes lots of rules for you to follow.

(Just had to embed it 'cos I know where it was filmed...good job to the opportunist local responsible)

Read this sign. Don't get distracted reading this sign. Watch your step. You are on CCTV. They write now, sometimes, 'look left' or 'look right' to tell people crossing the road which way to look. Patronising - or perhaps we've been dumbed down this far that we actually need to be instructed by signs on a daily basis?

I saw a footpath 'closed' today, with signs and traffic cones and sandbags, and you know why? It wasn't even dug up, something had been spilt on the ground and was covered in probably sawdust or sand. Not even the whole path...I just walked right through. And nobody died. Nobody had an unfortunate accident and rather than admitting they were an idiot who should have watched where they were going, they instead blamed someone else and sued for compensation.

So how much money gets wasted on this petty nonsense? Not close to the size of the bank bailout or the wars no, but surely enough to give some unfortunate 'postcode lottery' victim the medicine they wanted.

But I digress; for a moment there I temporarily entered the realm where I believed government had peoples' best interests at heart. Dangerous false belief to have, that one. Fabians rely on it.

Bombshell: Silverstein Wanted to Demolish WTC7 on 9/11

by Paul Joseph Watson

A Fox News hit piece against Jesse Ventura and the 9/11 truth movement written by former Washington D.C. prosecutor Jeffrey Scott Shapiro inadvertently reveals a shocking truth, that World Trade Center leaseholder Larry Silverstein, who collected nearly $500 million dollars in insurance as a result of the collapse of Building 7, a 47-story structure that was not hit by a plane but collapsed within seven seconds on September 11, was on the phone to his insurance carrier attempting to convince them that the building should be brought down via controlled demolition.

Writing for Fox News, Jeffrey Scott Shapiro states, “I was working as a journalist for Gannett News at Ground Zero that day, and I remember very clearly what I saw and heard.”

“Shortly before the building collapsed, several NYPD officers and Con-Edison workers told me that Larry Silverstein, the property developer of One World Financial Center was on the phone with his insurance carrier to see if they would authorize the controlled demolition of the building – since its foundation was already unstable and expected to fall.”

In February of 2002 Silverstein Properties won $861 million from Industrial Risk Insurers to rebuild on the site of WTC 7. Silverstein Properties’ estimated investment in WTC 7 was $386 million. This building’s collapse alone resulted in a payout of nearly $500 million, based on the contention that it was an unforeseen accidental event.

“A controlled demolition would have minimized the damage caused by the building’s imminent collapse and potentially save lives. Many law enforcement personnel, firefighters and other journalists were aware of this possible option. There was no secret. There was no conspiracy,” writes Shapiro.

However, obviously aware of how it would impact his insurance claim, Larry Silverstein has consistently denied that there was ever a plan to intentionally demolish Building 7.

More ADL Nonsense: "Violent Voices" Oppose Obamacare

Funny, the ADL's official mandate is to "stop the defamation of the Jewish people". Now they adopt a broad interpretation of that at the best of times, but frankly is this any of their business?

ADL Calls For “Major Law Enforcement Operation” To Deal With Obamacare Critics

by Paul Joseph Watson

A major Anti-Defamation League report goes further than ever before in an effort to purge the Internet of all dissent, listing completely non-violent criticism of Obamacare posted on Internet forums as a reason to conduct a “major law enforcement operation” against opponents of big government and health care reform.

The ADL’s April 2010 report is entitled, “Violent Voices: Anti-Government Extremism Takes on New Intensity,” and consists largely of lists of comments culled from alternative news websites and forums, as well as Fox News.

“During the first few months of 2010, anti-government extremism has taken on a new level of intensity in the United States. The arrests of the Hutaree militia in Michigan illustrate this passion, which exists both within and outside the militia movement. Unfortunately, the Hutaree arrests may come to be seen not as the culmination, but rather as a first step in what may need to become a major national law enforcement operation,” states the introduction.

Huge Marijuana Smoke Cloud Over Denver

LMAO! Thought this was going to be The Onion at first.

Notice the Newspeak. Young drug users...yet those using the drug called alcohol are not described as drug users, no never.

Not one single person has ever died from using marijuana; by contrast, untold millions have died as a result of tobacco. More people are killed by prescribed drugs alone, than are killed by the illegal ones.

That does not mean I think tobacco, for example, should be illegal though, since it is a matter of freedom of choice. In fact I apply that logic constantly across the spectrum...how does making heroin or cocaine illegal 'protect' people from them? I contend making them illegal makes them expensive (more profitable) and then organised crime naturally grows up around this underground industry.

And then the government makes a lot of money becoming a legal drug dealer, running methadone distribution to 'help' the poor heroin addicts who are hooked on a substance made from poppies almost all of which come from Afghanistan which is where we are fighting a war to protect the poppy fields from the Taliban who were against opium cultivation...

See how the logic works? George Washington smoked hemp, btw.

Egyptian Religion: Precursor to Judeo-Christianity

Who really invented monotheism?

Egyptians' Ideas of God

"Give thyself to God, keep thou thyself daily for God; and let to-morrow be as to-day."

"Now the God of this earth is the sun who is the ruler of the horizon"

The Legend of Osiris

"The story of Osiris is nowhere found in a connected form in Egyptian literature, but everywhere, and in texts of all periods, the life, sufferings, death and resurrection of Osiris are accepted as facts universally admitted."

The Doctrine of Eternal Life

I am Shu [the god] of unformed matter. My soul is God, my soul is eternity.[3]

When the deceased identifies himself with Shu, he makes the period of his existence coeval with that of Tmu-Ra, i.e., he existed before Osiris and the other gods of his company.

Doesn't take much to go from Shu to Yeshua, now commonly known as Jesus, the Christ, who is indeed believed to bring eternal life to those who identify themselves with Him. Shu is one with the Father, as you can see 'my soul is God, my soul is eternity' Shu was also born unusually, though not of a virgin, but via masturbation. Tee hee

The Origin of the Ten Commandments

The Egyptian Book of the Dead:

"Hail to thee, great God, Lord of the Two Truths. I have come unto thee, my Lord, that thou mayest bring me to see thy beauty. I know thee, I know thy name, I know the names of the 42 Gods who are with thee in this broad hall of the Two Truths . . . Behold, I am come unto thee. I have brought thee truth; I have done away with sin for thee. I have not sinned against anyone. I have not mistreated people. I have not done evil instead of righteousness . . .
I have not reviled the God.
I have not laid violent hands on an orphan.
I have not done what the God abominates . . .
I have not killed; I have not turned anyone over to a killer.
I have not caused anyone's suffering . . .
I have not copulated (illicitly); I have not been unchaste.
I have not increased nor diminished the measure, I have not diminished the palm; I have not encroached upon the fields.
I have not added to the balance weights; I have not tempered with the plumb bob of the balance.
I have not taken milk from a child's mouth; I have not driven small cattle from their herbage...
I have not stopped (the flow of) water in its seasons; I have not built a dam against flowing water.
I have not quenched a fire in its time . . .
I have not kept cattle away from the God's property.
I have not blocked the God at his processions.

I wonder if there might be some similarities there...

So let's get this straight. The Israelites, whoever they were, slaves or rulers of Egypt, left there or were kicked out, and came up with their own religion based on the militant, authoritarian God of the Bible (that's no exaggeration), Yahweh/Iehovah. Is it not a fair guess that by making their belief system, at least ostensibly, viciously anti-pagan in all forms, is it not fair to suggest perhaps they are overcompensating for, or covering up, the real roots of their religion? It is ludicrous to call Israelites the first monotheists, completely seperate from all those other heathen, evil Pagan nature worshippers. And totally independent of the Egyptian sun religions, oh yes.

This seems to be the secret held in the societies like Freemasonry; that the masses are blinded by the 'illumination' of Lucifer (son of the morning), Jesus (the light of the world) and a myriad other sun figures good and evil, and that this has been going on since Egypt. (hence one reason for the Masonic pyramid symbolism etc)

Horus above, Jesus and St. Andrew below. They have suns around their head because it is telling you plainly, these are not meant to be taken literally. The artists are telling you they are painting not literal people, but sun icons. Check out Da Vinci's 'Last Supper' too, it's just the Sun/Son and the Four Seasons. He knew.

Tsarion, you are an effing genius. Druids and tree reverence, west to east migration, the Yew trees, the Iews, Iudah, Judah and Jews. Dru-daism, Dru-deo-Christianity :D That's where the burning bush comes from; also explains why particularly Judaism is hostile to the use of tree iconography. "Don't reveal our true source! We killed all those Druids so you would never find out!" Same goes for Christianity and of course Islam too, one big militant scriptural incestuous family.

Al-Qaeda Chief In Iraq: Captured, Killed, Never Actually Existed, Re-Captured, Now Killed Again

Ludicrous story of terrorist admitted to be a “fictional character” by U.S. officials

by Steve Watson

U.S. and Iraqi officials have today announced that two “Al-Qaeda in Iraq” leaders have been killed in an air strike carried out by American troops. A major flaw in the story that seems to have been overlooked, is that both of the men have already been reported captured and killed on several occasions, with U.S. officials also having previously declared one of them a “fictional character” that was invented by the other!

As a continuation of 11:11, look at the time for the winter solstice on the infamous day 21/12/2012.

Mitchell and Webb have their own theory though ;)

11:11

It's easy to get lost in numerology, so don't, but consider this.

On the outside chance that the holographic paradigm (see here) turns out to be correct, if that is the case, then it's not that there is some order to the universe - it's that order is all there is. Coincidences simply could not exist, they would be impossible, they would be the illusion, rather than the coventional view that 'meaningful coincidences' are the illusion and coincidences the reality.

And yes I often look at the clock when it says 11:11 or 9:11 or any 11 or 33 too. (Wonder if that's connected to Masonic numerology, they love their 33s don't they.) It makes one question one's reality...bear in mind I had not heard of the 11:11 phenomenon until recently, but when I read about it I realised that I had observed this myself before but did not think anything of it. The conventional explanation for this is conformation bias, which to an extent makes sense, but truly I don't know. It all depends on your worldview - materialism or idealism - I guess. The chicken or the egg.

Jeez, just realised my dob is 30/11...3 and 11...see this is what I mean by getting lost in numerology...

The Bosnian Pyramids

Here's a weird thing that I had not heard of until today. What might this do to the way we view our history?

Archaeologists are uncovering, under what today are green hillsides, what they say are ancient pyramids, constructed of a 'concrete-like material'. I am intrigued and will wait to see what they find. Could be a remarkable discovery if indeed it is true.

This isn't Egypt. This is Bosnia!

Are you Normal? What is Normal?

I recall a particular time when I was studying psychology, and the class was discussing how to define abnormal behaviour, since that is the foundation of psychology/psychiatry - to diagnose people with abnormal behaviour. This was probably about six months before my sorry self finally decided that the rabbit hole was preferable to the matrix so to speak, and this incident was a key realisation that led me in that direction.

We were shown a slideshow of different characters and people, both real and fictional, and we had to decide whether we would class them as normal or abnormal. There were characters like Shrek, King Kong, etc, as well as an amputee soldier, I think an albino person, and various other 'unusual' people.

The issue I took was with what exactly the definition of abnormal was. See, many of my peers were reluctant to classify, for example, the amputee soldier as 'abnormal', because it was 'not nice' to do so, but I insisted that all were abnormal because it is, statistically, not what you would expect when meeting a random person. I was viewed as cold or uncaring for taking this viewpoint...but, I reasoned, what is normal anyway? Who is normal? Is that the pinnacle of humanity, the one thing every living soul desires to be, normal?

I realised the popular conception of 'abnormal' was not based on statistics, but on herd mentality. Those deemed 'abnormal' by my classmates were the ones who were to be shunned from the collective. So, the more sinister characters, the shifty ones like the fictional villains, they were abnormal, while everyone else was not to be called 'abnormal' because that is 'mean'.

Yet, I do not shun someone because they are 'abnormal', nor do I accept people on the grounds that they are 'normal'. No-one is normal. Everyone is unique! This is the herd mentality at work. Everyone wants to be normal so that they will be accepted, and they accept other people on the basis of their 'normality' or otherwise. Self-perpetuating conformity.

Something is wrong with this system!

If we are all striving to be 'normal', then we are allowing ourselves to be controlled by whoever defines what is normal and what is abnormal. And that is the education system, the television, the media, the entertainment world, the corporations, the bright lights and flashing colours.

Bringing it back to the original concept of psychoanalysis, yes there are people who are mentally ill, a danger to others and so on. But I do believe, in the vast majority of cases, the trend is to overproject the scale of mental illness, not underestimate it.

The idea that abnormal behaviour is a sign that something is wrong with you is usually false. It is designed to inhibit you from being you, and to make you become someone else's opinion, to mould your wonderful and amazing self into the tiny shell, or cell, that the corporate world has made for you; the glass and metal cage, the mannequin, the magazine cover. You want to be 'normal', but in the process you have forgetten that you are you.

So, if you are declared 'abnormal' by the insane consensus reality that governs this world, be not offended! Better to be you than a slave of the herd, and a clone of your masters' will!

War...Has Changed

Opening monologue from Metal Gear Solid 4:

War has changed.
It's no longer about nations, ideologies, or ethnicity.
It's an endless series of proxy battles fought by mercenaries and machines.
War - and its consumption of life - has become a well-oiled machine.
War has changed.
ID-tagged soldiers carry ID-tagged weapons, use ID-tagged gear.
Nanomachines inside their bodies enhance and regulate their abilities.
Genetic control. Information control. Emotion control. Battlefield control.
Everything is monitored and kept under control.
War has changed.
The age of deterrence has become the age of control...
...all in the name of averting catastrophe from weapons of mass destruction.
And he who controls the battlefield...controls history.
War...has changed.
When the battlefield is under total control, war becomes routine.

Digital Economy Act: This Means War

by Cory Doctorow for The Guardian

Baking surveillance, control and censorship into the very fabric of our networks, devices and laws is the absolute road to dictatorial hell

With the rushed passage into law of the Digital Economy Act this month, the fight over copyright enters a new phase. Previous to this, most copyfighters operated under the rubric that a negotiated peace was possible between the thrashing entertainment giants and civil society.

But now that the BPI and its mates have won themselves the finest law that money can buy – a law that establishes an unprecedented realm of web censorship in Britain, a law that provides for the disconnection of entire families from the net on the say-so of an entertainment giant, a law that shuts down free Wi-Fi hotspots and makes it harder than ever to conduct your normal business on the grounds that you might be damaging theirs – the game has changed.

How many ancient religions had saviors dying on a cross?

Linguistic paralells:
Shu (as in Yeshua)
Hesus (like...er...Jesus/Iesous)

The stories are similar, not because one was necessarily stolen from another, but because they are all based on personified astrotheology, and thus share common solar, lunar, planetary and stellar themes. This does not mean none of the figures are based to some extent on real people, just that we have been severely misled by religious institutions expecting us to interpret their stories literally when often nought but metaphor is written. Solar religion is neither inherently sinister nor good; it is what it is. Manipulating solar stories and history so that people are force fed what are supposedly literal factual accounts, that is the real crime.

This is how mad it has become - we fight over religous differences when they more often than not share the same sources: 1. The sky, 2. Psychedelic substances (look into it if you don't believe me), 3. Paranormal phenomena, and 4. Human desire to control others' minds. I am not an atheist, let alone a materialist; I would suggest idealism and perhaps pantheism are better explanations of our world anyway. That doesn't mean the Bible should be ignored; it is a fascinating numerological document, for example. More on that to come, definitely.

Videogames, Metaphysics and Life

You know, it may sound silly, but I have had some of my most significant realisations while parked in front of a console. I am not a fan of cheesy analogies, but here I must make exception.

See, life is indeed a lot like a videogame. We temporarily suspend our previous state of existence to enter a world, where we assume an avatar in order to experience that virtual world, to participate in it and perhaps to learn from it.

In theory, anything could happen in that world, although in practice limitations have been put in place by the designer of the videogame; laws, rules, things like 'game physics', all of which are arbitrary conditions dependent on the will of the designer. Really, although these are in one sense limiting, they are also essential - for without limits there can be no challenges and thus no acheivement.

But things can go wrong when playing videogames. I can attest to the fact that it is possible to literally go into a trance-like state and actually not hear things going on around you; this kind of thing has occasionally happened to me while playing that reptillian-brain-fest also known as Call of Duty online mode. Literally, people talk to you and it takes you a while to snap out enough to listen to them so that you can never tell what they-damn don't they understand that stoned American kid is shooting at me? Shut up!

And this recollection brings me, inevitably, to Bill Hicks. See, as he almost said, we can play a videogame, and it's got bright lights and it goes round and round, and some of us who've been playing for a long time, we start to think the game is real, and then some people who've remembered come back and tell us, "hey, it's just a game." And we - kill those people. (Or just yell at them!)

But I am done with videogames. I figured shooting in effigy thousands of people wasn't doing much for my soul or my psyche.

Alas, perhaps we have become transfixed on the game of life, and in starting to think it is 'real', that our material possessions are real and so on, we have lost sight of any sense of purpose here. Oh, it's a bloody important game - we do not know for sure that you can respawn once it is over - but a game it is nonetheless.

And that's where we are asking only half of the question. Everyone, rightly, wants to know what happens when we die. Nobody wants to stop existing...which implies that we intuitively know there is a purpose to our existence, despite constantly pleading to know 'why we are here'. But is it not an equally legitimate question, perhaps central to understanding the answer to the other one, that we ask what we were before birth?

Western religion does not discuss this at all, but I reckon if we believe we may exist beyond death, I say it's equally legitimate - perhaps essential - to consider that we may have existed before birth. If so, did we choose to come here? Would you, really? And if so, what are you here to accomplish? I rather naively hope we get some answers about all this when the game is over. For now though, enjoy the bright lights!

Atlantis: Real or Imagined?

The story of Atlantis is not limited to one culture or people; in fact, it is found among ancient cultures on both sides of the Atlantic ocean.

Now, how can that be? Let's run down a list of comparative mythical figures, names and concepts so you can make your own mind up...

- Plato's Atlantis (widely considered legend/fiction, perhaps could be analogous, or who knows could actually be historical...) text here

- Atlas, a Greek mythological figure who is a son of the sea (read between the first line)

- Arcadia, the part-geographical, part-utopian place referred to in ancient Greek culture

- Greek mythology relates the idea of a Golden Age; this could be considered analogous to the Biblical concept of the Garden of Eden, and ideas of a Ante-Diluvean state of existence, from which mankind 'fell', symbolically, to its current state. I would suggest that these stories are anything but the literal Word of God, and that they represent mysteries, but that's just me of course.

- Greek stories of Hesperides, again very interesting consistent symbolism

- Irish legend describes Tír na nÓg in similar themes to the idea of Atlantis, Golden Age etc. An island far to the west, beyond the edges of the map, the Land of Youth, where sickness and death do not exist.

- Welsh mythology speaks of Avalon; since this is more recent (12thC), one may suggest it could have come from Plato's work. Interestingly this word (see link) seems to have derived from one meaning 'apple', which is the fruit (although not actually present in the Bible) said to have been eaten by Eve in the popular concept of the Eden story.

(Up to now, things all seem reasonable and can be explained away as nice stories shared by travellers across Europe. Here's where things get weird. Let's cross the Atlantic and see what others have to say...)

- Atzlan, the "legendary ancestral home of the Nahua peoples" (Aztecs). Wikipedia says that, "In the mid-19th century, fringe theorist Ignatius L. Donnelly, in his book Atlantis: The Antediluvian World, sought to establish a connection between Aztlán and the fabled "lost continent" of Atlantis of Greek mythology; Donnelly's views, however, have never been recognised as credible by mainstream scholarship." (Of course they haven't, the similarities are too obvious, and the implications too great, for most of the letters-after-my-name club.)

- Atlaua is the Aztec water god.

- Atlantida is an ancient city in the Amazon river basin, said to have been built by Phonecian explorers. Now let's stop here - 4000 years ago, explorers from modern day Israel/Lebanon actually sailed to South America, according to conventional history! (and you believe Columbus 'discovered' the Americas)

CLEARLY THIS IS ALL BOLLOCKS.

I ask you not to notice the linguistical similarities and mythological similarities between these totally seperate cultures. I ask you not to question whether or not their similarity might indicate a common source. Clearly what we have been told about our history is 100% accurate. Nobody traversed the Atlantic before Columbus, for example, everyone knows that.

I am not interested to see what Ignatius L. Donnelly has to say about this; I will not be reading Atlantis: The Antediluvean World in due course...

If you want my opinion, I think Atlantis/Eden/"Paradise Lost" may well be partly physical, but also psychological...an imagination of a distant memory. Perhaps referring to a real time here on Earth, or perhaps not. Say, if reincarnation turns out to be real, and I by no means say one way or the other, this could be a faint memory of life between existences here, insane as that may sound. Perhaps it is a memory not of this world. What about if it is a trace leftover of alleged human genetic engineering? We also do genetic engineering...like father, like son, right? Who knows.

Incase you haven't noticed, I am on a quest to prove or disprove the saying that if you open your mind too much, your brain will fall out. ;)

Veteran of "Collateral Murder" company speaks out

Common Dreams

WASHINGTON - April 9 - Josh Stieber, who is a former soldier of the “Collateral Murder” Company, says that the acts of brutality caught on film and recently released via Wikileaks are not isolated instances, but were commonplace during his tour of duty.

“A lot of my friends are in that video,” says Stieber. “After watching the video, I would definitely say that that is, nine times out of ten, the way things ended up. Killing was following military protocol. It was going along with the rules as they are.”

Stieber deployed to Baghdad with Bravo Company 2-16, whose members were involved in the incident captured in Wikileaks' “Collateral Murder” video, which has made international headlines by depicting a July 2007 shooting incident outside of Baghdad in which over a dozen people, including two Reuters employees, were killed. Although he was not present at the scene of the video, he knows those who were involved and is familiar with the environment. Stieber, who now works to promote peace and alternatives to war, is speaking publicly about his time in Iraq and the incident captured in this video.

“If these videos shock and revolt you, they show the reality of what war is like,” says Stieber. “If you don’t like what you see in them, it means we should be working harder towards alternatives to war.”

Source of Bible Covenant with God discovered?
by D.M. Murdock

Archaeologists working in Turkey have unearthed an Assyrian tablet dating to around 670 BCE that "could have served as a model for the biblical description of God's covenant with the Israelites." What this fascinating discovery suggests, of course, is that the Bible tale of a divine pact does not represent "history" or a "factual" event, but is instead a fictional rewrite, borrowing or plagiarism of this older Assyrian treaty.

Over the centuries, many Bible critics, minimalists and mythicists have asserted that much of the Old Testament constitutes not factual history but a rehash of ancient myths and traditions dating to before the founding of the Jewish kingdom. This new find apparently adds more evidence to that theory, and it is quite refreshing that both the scholars and the media are spelling out clearly this possible "borrowing," without prejudice in favor of bibliolatry or upholding unprovable matters of faith.

Ancient treaty resembles part of the Bible

Canadian archeologists in Turkey have unearthed an ancient treaty that could have served as a model for the biblical description of God's covenant with the Israelites.

The tablet, dating to about 670 BC, is a treaty between the powerful Assyrian king and his weaker vassal states, written in a highly formulaic language very similar in form and style to the story of Abraham's covenant with God in the Hebrew Bible, says University of Toronto archeologist Timothy Harrison.

Although biblical scholarship differs, it is widely accepted that the Hebrew Bible was being assembled around the same time as this treaty, the seventh century BC.

"Those documents...seem to reflect very closely the formulaic structure of these treaty documents," he told about 50 guests at the Ottawa residence of the Turkish ambassador, Rafet Akgunay.

He was not necessarily saying the Hebrews copied the Assyrian text, substituting their own story about how God liberated them from slavery in Egypt on the condition that they worship only Him and follow His commandments.

But it will be interesting for scholars to have this parallel document.

"The language in the [Assyrian] texts is [very similar] and now we have a treaty document just a few miles up the road from Jerusalem."...

Notable is the fact "it is widely accepted that the Hebrew Bible was being assembled around the same time as this treaty," i.e., during the 7th century BCE. The case for this "late" dating of the Old Testament's compilation - with a significant part of it also written later, after the Jews' "Babylonian Exile" (597-538 BCE) - has been made by Israeli archaeologists, including and especially Israel Finkelstein in The Bible Unearthed.

Although the article states that the archaeologist Timothy Harrison "was not necessarily saying the Hebrews copied the Assyrian text, substituting their own story about how God liberated them from slavery in Egypt," it is nonetheless raising that very issue in a manner which breaks with the centuries-old tradition of bending all finds in the "Holy Land" and other places of biblical interest to fit the Bible, in attempts to prove the "Good Book" as "history." It is obvious that this sort of bibliolatry appeasement from the more scientific segment of society is losing ground precisely because of such discoveries - and the implication of this one is a doozy.

No historical covenant with God?

It needs to be emphasized that this intriguing development concerns not just any biblical event but the very covenant between God and the Israelites - here indicated as not something supernatural that actually occurred but, rather, as mere human propaganda based on older texts from other cultures. This discovery, therefore, would essentially negate the basic premise of the Old Testament: To wit, that the Hebrews, Israelites and Jews are the "chosen people" of the Lord of the universe.

Needless to say, for those of us who have been stating as much for many years - and getting pilloried for our efforts - this archaeological find is very exciting, as it adds to the growing body of hard, scientific evidence that the Bible is not "God's Word" but a manmade cultural artifact designed for propagandistic purposes.

Furthermore, as the Old Testament is thus apparently in significant part a rehash and rewriting of the traditions and myths of other cultures, so does the New Testament story of Jesus Christ represent a remake of the mythical motifs of pre-Christian cultures, combined with OT scriptures serving as "blueprints" for the gospel tale's creation.

The road to Hell is paved with good intentions!
by Jake Jones

Atheists don't believe and agnostics are not sure. However, they feel the need to tell Christians just how wrong they are about the Bible, creation, prophecy and everything else about Christianity. In reality, atheists just don't get it, they haven't figured out that if they allow Jesus into their heart, they will see more clearly.

Are they dense? No! Just unwilling to look at reality, the truth and fact of archaeological digs in the middle east and history itself. They consistently tell Christians that they are wrong! They simply must always be right! Atheists can’t see the forest for the trees. Atheists simply don't want anyone or anything telling them how to live their lives with the exception of government. For some strange reason they are more than willing to toe the mark for government. Uncanny!

Most believe that the atheists are good intentioned people who are kind, generous and have the best of intentions for their work in trying to disprove Christianity. The problem with that is that "the road to Hell is paved with good intentions".

Christians believe the Bible to be the perfect, divinely inspired word of God himself. For some reason, atheists just can't get their head around that idea. Oh my, they say, a book that was written 2,000 years ago just can't be accurate; while science has proven a substantial number of Biblical incidents, locations, buildings, wars, famine and more. Check out the accuracy of the Bible here.

Using scientific theory to disprove the Bible is like using gasoline to put out a fire. The reverse of that would be using the Bible to prove the existence of UFO’s, it can’t be done! By using scientific theory to disprove the Bible and Christianity, atheists only create more questions for themselves, but atheists would never admit that.

There are many things that science, scientists and yes, even NASA have discovered which have helped mankind, but Atheists seem to have a mental block about the reality of the real truth about who is/was responsible for even their own individual existence. However, they are more than willing to put their trust in some guy named ‘Charlie’ Darwin who wrote a book titled “On the Origin of Species” or what is commonly knows as the Theory of Evolution 150 years ago this year. But, good old' Charlie was rather lame in his execution of his investigation.

The Bible is filled with witnesses to the events described in it. Additionally, it is filled with witnesses to prophecy; both to prophecy as it was being fulfilled, as well as witnessing the Prophet giving the message, but Atheists are not willing to believe, it’s just a fairy tail to them.

The understanding of true Christianity is something that Atheists will never grasp until that proverbial light comes on. Prayerfully, that proverbial light comes on in time!

Note to all atheists: The road to Hell is paved with good intentions.

A while ago I read something a Christian actually wrote, saying that 'just being a good person is not enough!' [to be saved]. Really sums it up for me. The road to Hell, in this world or otherwise, is indeed paved with good intentions. And whose 'good intentions' have helped to pave the road to Hell, historically?

It's another of those 'conspiracy theories' that good citizens don't notice. No, we need to look after each other voluntarily without having a government do all that at gunpoint. Sounds absurd at first but soon you realise that the reason it sounds so is because of the very unfree nature of our current existence. Envision greater possibilities! Ok, some kind of massive wake-up would be needed before this kind of free, responsible, uncontrollable society could emerge. And that's what we are seeing day by day in the world - a massive waking up of the previously enslaved masses (including myself I must add!)
