The Whiskey Tango Charlie effect has worn off. People aren't afraid of Al-Charlie India Alpha-da anymore, so logic says it's time for more reminders of who the 'enemy' is. That's going to mean heavy projected domestic collateral damage, blamed on anyone East of the Sinai.
The Romeo double India Alpha and Charlie Foxtrot Romeo are not on course to secure their objective of handing over to the Uniform November and starting project November Whiskey Oscar. They are pinned down to the west of their target by a prickly resisting force of Charlie Oscar Two and they won't be at India Mike Foxtrot on time to start distributing the Sierra Delta Romeos, compound interest attached.
But the most important reason for the not-so-proper military speak is this:
Listen to Gerald Celente. When people have nothing left to lose, they lose it. And if that is the case - what do governments do when they have nothing left to lose?
