I have to admit it to you. I am not to be trusted! Perhaps I have Zionist backers. Or maybe I am a Mason. Or perhaps I am a Communist subversive? A Jesuit?

Anyone who has studied the wide array of 'conspiracy' (read: anything different to the false reality fed to us by the corporate world) viewpoints 'out there' on the web will have come across the COINTELPRO talking points, that we must shun person X or Y, because - they are working against us! Oh, if only people could see that the researcher they listen to is keeping them from the truth!

The most common targets for this criticism are obviously the biggest fish in the pond, Alex Jones and David Icke. Especially Jones. And we are supposed to get into some superficial personality debate over all this. Oh boy, it's very scary...but could it be true that this person or that person is misleading us? Terrifying.

First of all, to those who (as is the primary criticism) say Jones is a Zionist gatekeeper, let me say that on one level you are more than correct. He doesn't discuss Israel or Zionism frequently, although here is a 2006 show on such subject matter. But you're missing a key point - his audience are primarily Christians, many of whom blindly believe that modern Israel is God's will and somehow related to Biblical Israel - despite the reality that the Palestinians have more blood ties to ancient Israelites than the Eastern European ethnic Ashkenazim modern Israelis, as if that matters (because I'm not racist, but 'chosen people' Zionists are). They would basically tune out from Mr Jones immediately if he mentioned that, thinking he was an anti-Semite! (another linguistic manipulation - most Israelis are not Semites, whereas many Palestinians are)

So to reach people you need lots of different perspectives, and it is arrogant of us to assume our own unique point of view is right and anyone with a different opinion is automatically an operative of some kind. For example, I don't agree with some of what Webster Tarpley says, but he attracts people of a more socialist point of view and gets them to understand the true nature of the financial and military manipulation.

So everyone is a shill. I am not an unbiased or reliable source of information, and neither is anyone else. Remember, trusting others over ourselves was what got us into this mess to begin with. Just don't get caught in the mil-intel game, assess the information presented rather than the personalities who present it, realise there is no absolute truth or 'correct' doctrine, always be open to new points of view, and keep your wits about you.

For a perfect example, look at the two-party system, it's genius and perfect, as long as people don't have the knowledge to see through it. I have been watching the US health-care stuff lately, what a load of crap that is. Current system run by insurance monopolies, and the 'reform' merely forces everyone to buy insurance. Not that I like socialised medicine per se, but that is even worse than socialised medicine if you ask me.

But look at how it divides people. Look at how the process makes people scurry back into their little narrow left-right mindset. And because it's an all-out dogfight, oh you must do everything you can to stop/pass healthcare, anyone who steps out of that narrow left-right 'accepted area' and takes a broader look at things, they aren't doing their part to stop Pelosi or to stop the insurance companies. The freethinkers get the blame, eh Rush? Cheers, Fascist!

But the game is designed to be all-consuming. Drop everything and fight the healthcare issue now! Back our political party, it's the lesser of two evils! (No such thing)

According to news reports, the U.S. military is shipping “bunker-buster” bombs to the U.S. Air Force base at Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean. The Herald Scotland reports that experts say the bombs are being assembled for an attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities.

The newspaper quotes Dan Piesch, director of the Centre for International Studies and Diplomacy at the University of London: “They are gearing up totally for the destruction of Iran.”
The next step will be a staged “terrorist attack,” a “false flag” operation as per Operation Northwoods, for which Iran will be blamed. As Iran and its leadership have already been demonized, the “false flag” attack will suffice to obtain US and European public support for bombing Iran. The bombing will include more than the nuclear facilities and will continue until the Iranians agree to regime change and the installation of a puppet government. The corrupt American media will present the new puppet as “freedom and democracy.”

If the past is a guide, Americans will fall for the deception. In the February issue of the American Behavioral Scientist, a scholarly journal, Professor Lance DeHaven-Smith writes that state crimes against democracy (SCAD) involve government officials, often in combination with private interests, that engage in covert activities in order to implement an agenda. Examples include McCarthyism or the fabrication of evidence of communist infiltration, the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution based on false claims of President Johnson and Pentagon chief McNamara that North Vietnam attacked a U.S. naval vessel, the burglary of the office of Daniel Ellsberg’s psychiatrist in order to discredit Ellsberg (the Pentagon Papers) as “disturbed,” and the falsified “intelligence” that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction in order to justify the U.S. invasion of Iraq.

There are many other examples. I have always regarded the 1995 bombing of the Murrah Federal Office Building in Oklahoma City as a SCAD. Allegedly, a disturbed Tim McVeigh used a fertilizer bomb in a truck parked outside the building. More likely, McVeigh was a patsy, whose fertilizer bomb was a cover for explosives planted inside the building.

A number of experts dismissed the possibility of McVeigh’s bomb producing such structural damage. For example, General Benton K. Partin, who was in charge of U.S. Air Force munitions design and testing, produced a thick report on the Murrah building bombing which concluded that the building blew up from the inside out. Gen. Partin concluded that “the pattern of damage would have been technically impossible without supplementary demolition charges at some of the reinforced concrete bases inside the building, a standard demolition technique. For a simplistic blast truck bomb, of the size and composition reported, to be able to reach out on the order of 60 feet and collapse a reinforced column base the size of column A7 is beyond credulity.”

Gen. Partin dismissed the official report as “a massive cover-up of immense proportions.”

Of course, the general’s unquestionable expertise had no bearing on the outcome. One reason is that his and other expert voices were drowned out by media pumping the official story. Another reason is that public beliefs in a democracy run counter to suspicion of government as a terrorist agent. Professor Laurie Manwell of the University of Guelph says that “false flag” operations have the advantage over truth: “research shows that people are far less willing to examine information that disputes, rather than confirms, their beliefs.” Professor Steven Hoffman agrees: “Our data shows substantial support for a cognitive theory known as ‘motivated reasoning,’ which suggests that rather than search rationally for information that either confirms or disconfirms a particular belief, people actually seek out information that confirms what they already believe. In fact, for the most part people completely ignore contrary information.” Even when hard evidence turns up, it can be discredited as a “conspiracy theory.”

All that is necessary for success of “false flag” or “black ops” events is for the government to have its story ready and to have a reliable and compliant media. Once an official story is in place, thought and investigation are precluded. Any formal inquiry that is convened serves to buttress the already provided explanation.

An explanation ready-at-hand is almost a give-away that an incident is a “black ops” event. Notice how quickly the U.S. government, allegedly so totally deceived by al Qaida, provided the explanation for 9/11. When President Kennedy was assassinated, the government produced the culprit immediately. The alleged culprit was conveniently shot inside a jail by a civilian before he could be questioned. But the official story was ready, and it held.

Professors Manwell and Hoffman’s research resonates with me. I remember reading in my graduate studies that the Czarist secret police set off bombs in order to create excuses to arrest their targets. My inclination was to dismiss the accounts as anti-Czarist propaganda by pro-communist historians. It was only later when Robert Conquest confirmed to me that this was indeed the practice of the Czarist secret police that the scales fell from my eyes.

Former CIA official Philip Giraldi in his article, “The Rogue Nation,” makes it clear that the U.S. government has a hegemonic agenda that it is pursuing without congressional or public awareness. The agenda unfolds piecemeal as a response to “terrorism,” and the big picture is not understood by the public or by most in Congress. Giraldi protests that the agenda is illegal under both U.S. and international law, but that the illegality of the agenda does not serve as a barrier. Only a naif could believe that such a government would not employ “false flag” operations that advance the agenda.

Iran Sanctions, just like Iraq, right?

See, the problem is that 'sanctioning' Iran hurts the ordinary people. I mean, it's not quite as effective as carpet bombing, but if you want to sow the seeds of anti-US hatred, then bravo.

Does anyone give a damn that the Iraq sanctions killed up to a million people (the UN's own figures say half a million children) during the 90s and early 2000s? But, they're not human anyway, so waste them en masse, right? But oh, if we sanction your country, declare it a 'no-fly' zone patrolled by our aircraft, and you shoot at them, that's a violation of sanctions and 'International Law'. What crap.

Can you imagine if the EU, Russia and China sanctioned the US, shut off all oil trade, declared that the if the American People didn't like it, they should overthrow their leader and put in someone more ChiCom-friendly? (yes more ChiCom friendly than Obama). You know what you would do.

But that wouldn't happen, right? You are Untouchable America. The World Police.

And by the way, it's a little rich that Israel complains Iran might have secret nukes, when they actually do have secret nukes and are still holding that guy who was a whistleblower on the secret Israeli nuclear project. But they're not Muslim, so one rule for 'them' and another rule for 'us' ("Judeo Christians", as the neocons view it) right?

But let's suppose you're really racist or whatever and you think all Muslims must die. (Strange considering how much you same people were all in love with the CIA backed Green Revolution, huh?) Now, there are other minority groups in Iran too. Much is made of Iranian Jews, for example. Sanctions against Iran hurt them too. What about the family of Neda, the 'green martyr'? They are affected also. How many of the anti-Ahmadinejad protestors turn against the US because of the impact of the sanction on their life? How many turn around and back Ahmadinejad, because it looks like he's the only one who will oppose US intervention in Iran?

The only sound foreign policy is a leave-alone policy. Nation building is a joke, as Afghanistan and Iraq have showed. Sanctions on Iran harm the very people who could help, and I don't like to use the Newspeak term, 'reform' that nation.

Why We Should Witch Hunt 9/11 Truthers

It's time for an inquisition, ladies and gentlemen. Unpatriotic ideas have been spreading - ideas that seek to undermine everything our governments have been trying to accomplish since 9/11. Pax Americana: the victory of Freedom and Democracy in the Middle East, and really around the world too. The Global War On Terrorism, didn't you know we were at war?

Back in the last century, it was simpler. We could just declare a war and people would turn up to fight when told to. However, since Vietnam, hippies have tried to subvert the culture of patriotism that keeps us fighting the good fight. The fight against Commies, Liberals, Foreigners and Independent Rogue Nations. It almost makes me weep to think of the flag, think how free we are because of all the wars we fight. If we were whiny pacifists we would be enslaved by Commies.

Now there are some people who say that war is the health of the State. But let me tell you that I have it on good authority these people are the same Commies, Hippies and Whiny Liberals who have been working to weaken our proud military and stab our troops in the back for decades. Now I know that some veterans are anti-war too, but that just shows how prevalent the Commie anti-troop propaganda is. We need to inform them that what they did was right, and that their comrades did not die in vain. They died so that we could be free. If they had not died, in fact, we would not be free at all. You could say that the more troops die, the freer we get.

So the latest far-left dangerous fad on the Internet is 9/11 truth. This sickening, unpatriotic movement blames America for 9/11. I tell you, when I look up at a flag and pledge myself to it, I do not think of a nation ruled by people who could do such things. I look up and see patriotic leaders (except the Liberal pussies) who work hard to defend the nation from all subversives. It is not possible that 9/11 could have been an inside job; what's more, it distracts from the real threat which are the Afghan cave dwellers. They are the primary threat to freedom, and must be eradicated or converted to Christianity so that they appreciate freedom as much as we do.

Communist propaganda says that Joseph McCarthy was an agent of tyranny; that his purge of suspected Communists was detrimental to liberty. I say, when it comes to eradicating threats to our security, the ends justify the means.

So who's up for having an Inquisition into who may have ties to the Terrorist 9/11 Truth movement? You'll need lie detectors, pitchforks, lots of water, and a flag (if you're not using it to waterboard someone, you can always wrap yourself in it).

No, it's the Conspiracy Theorists who peddle the paranoia.

Frankly the fearmongering carried out by establishment figures is usually more unfounded and more ludicrious than anything I have read on the web. Not to mention that nobody stands to gain in any way by stating their beliefs about things like 'extraterrestrials', right or wrong.

However, contrary to the usual accusation of 'those crazy people on the Internet', the crazy paranoia sold by our government and ruling class, causing fearmongering relating to topics such as terrorism, pandemics, guns, small crime, and certain environmental crises including 'manmade' global warming, is much much worse for a couple of reasons:

1. There is almost always naked self-interest in creating panic. Compare this to anything you read from allegedly fearmongering sources on the web...although there will always be disinformation or incorrect information, broad scams are much harder to pull off due to the decentralised, diverse nature of the Internet media...

2. People look up to establishment media as an authoritative source, and are therefore more likely to fall for what is said (thankfully less so today, since many are becoming aware that these people sometimes lie blatantly to get what they want)

A good example of mainstream media being openly used to push government-corporate interests is the whole scam over Swine Flu gonna get ya, millions are gonna die, unless you stick this needle in your arm and then you'll be safe. Naked self-interest. UN, WHO and complicit Media push vaccination, people and governments buy vaccines, big drug companies suckle on the profits.

By contrast, the web was awash with speculation and general (not necessarily unhealthy) paranoia about what was in the vaccine, was it possible to use wider needles to inject microchips into people, the ever present threat of using the pandemic as a justification for martial law, what happens if vaccination is forced, was the vaccine a bioweapon (well all vaccines are bioweapons, but you know what I mean), was the pandemic going to lead to WHO/UN intervention in the affairs of individual nations, etc.

I do not understand the people who are repulsed by 'all that paranoia' on the Internet. People are not perfect. You've got to understand that when you have been spoonfed cosy sleepwalking state propaganda for years, having to switch on your critical brain again is not an easy task. There are always mistakes. MSM mistakes and omissions are doublethink'd away and to their zombified viewers never existed, while mistakes made by web warriors are fully visible, on record for all to see (though, thankfully, the web is also a fine record of MSM mistakes, omissions, and lies).

Also, there is a very positive reason why one should always start with the worst when it comes to things their government may be doing.
- Historical precedent. Did you know government is the leading cause of unnatural death? That governments killed around 200 million of their own people in the 20th century? (there are varying estimates but 200m is good enough for me) High crimes committed by authority are still routine...just not as overt or bloody as they used to be.
- Preventative measure. If the worst is discussed, and the wider public becomes somewhat aware of the potential issue, then that helps prevent the worst from happening.

This is what Webster Tarpley meant when he said that Milton Friedman's "Capitalism and Freedom" had caused millions of deaths. The only problem I have with this video is it fails to discriminate between state corporatism ('privatisation'), disaster capitalism/shock doctrine, and real capitalism, devoid of threats and uses of force. In fact, the three completely distinct things are treated as one, which is a shame as it detracts from the legitimate criticism of state-corporate corruption and hegemony.
