So was he trying to tell you something? Maybe. If he was entirely responsible for the design then yes. The entertainment/fashion industry is one big black magick ritual heaving with occult symbolism.
Suspicious death? Maybe, but I don't think it's as suspicious as the last film featuring Heath Ledger...
